Great breakfast, crispy bacon, beautiful veranda, convenient location to other attractions, relaxing and beautiful surroundings.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

1. The adherence to my wishes for a room in a quiet location. And it was absolutely quiet. Our room was at the back of the hotel, where there was just the Schlosspark. The rooms have thick enough walls where I did not hear the neighboring travelers. 2. The breakfast is ample.

This is not a negative. But to the would-be booker, know that It is not an elegant hotel, and other than the thick walls and large casement windows, it looks like any other hotel. When one sees the name "Schlosshotel", one might dream of sumptuous, castle-appropriate decoration. Of course a booker can see from the internet pictures that it is of simple and modern decoration, and the lower price would further confirm that.

Everything was perfect. Nice location, large rooms, wonderful breakfast. And extremely helpful and kind hotel staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby tourist attractions, and we were only a short distance away from exciting activities like the Titan suspension bridge and Mega zipline. The setting of this hotel was truly remarkable, with beautiful royal gardens and a stunning castle at the top of the hill. It provided a sense of tranquility and grandeur throughout our stay.

Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay will find this hotel to be the perfect choice. The amenities and services provided cater to all needs and ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast was also very nice, with a lot of choices.

Not much to do around the hotel or city.

The stufff was very helpful, when we didn't like the room which was provided, they agree to change it to another available room without any problem.

The location inside the city makes a little bit noise from the near street.However, it wasn't disturbing, but I would prefer a more quiet location.

I loved the spacious rooms with comfortable chairs and good WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices, including crispy bacon and individual coffee decanters. Location was perfect for exploring this city and nearby places. The staff, especially the front desk, were very friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast and cozy location. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and the fresh coffee was a great way to start the day. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the main attractions and allowed for easy access to the city. the cozy atmosphere of the hotel added to the overall experience.

No air conditioning and limited toiletries. The lack of air conditioning made the room a bit stuffy, especially during the summer months.

Spent Easter at a stunning hotel in the Harz mountains. Absolutely loved the magical surroundings, so peaceful and perfect for walks in the woods. the staff was superb, always making sure we had everything we needed. the food was delicious and fresh, and the rooms were well appointed with great WiFi and television. We also appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere, with a bowl and treat waiting for our furry friend upon arrival.

The noise from the nearby road was a bit noticeable, but not enough to disturb our restful nights. there weren't many nearby attractions within walking distance, so a car is necessary to explore the area fully.
